You start out by applying and move through a process which takes months before a decision is rendered. First you navigate through an online assessment, then move into a video interview. Your scores combined between the two are what determines if you move onto the next stage. For quite a number of candidates after completing these two steps you are in limbo for months before getting to the next step. Patience is key!
