      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at American Airlines in Jan 2019

      Interview

Really laid back, mostly want to see your personality so don't forget to smile & keep comfortable. Overall about 40 minutes. All situational questions with no hands on safety wife or torque wrench etc.. Tell us about yourself. Why you got started in aviation. Would you pick another career now. In what situation do you like to work in groups & alone. What if you found a aircraft panel on the hangar floor at end of your shift about to clock out. What would you do if your working on engine change & co workers are all standing around Tell us a time when you were a hero. Tell us your most stressful time on the job. How would you stay on task & organized on the job. No on the spot offer. Contacted with offer for different station next day & declined. Then contacted 1 week later with offer at station Interviewed for. They will likely ask 4 stations you would like to work at. Good luck!
