They're watching you from the moment you enter the building. You have to engage well with the other candidates and be team player. They sit you down at circular tables, so you're broken into groups. There is a short response written essay that they quickly want you to complete and then an "ice-breaker". Afterwards, there is a short video about AA. Someone here mentioned that it seems like they just stop watching you, which is true. After awhile you don't feel like they're paying attention to you or really seeing you. There's about 40 people in the room on average. Then they call you into groups for the group interview. They ask you two questions as a group that each person must answer and then you pick a card with a question that is different from everyone else and you take turns responding to your own question card ( you don't get to look at it when you get it until it's your turn to answer). Then you are shown a powerpoint of their benefits, there's a Q&A. Afterwards they call you one by one to either walk you out and say TBNT or to do a one-on-one interview.
