Interview
I first had a phone screen with the department HR and Talent Management recruiter. I then advanced to on onsite interview. I met with the department Director and SR Manager. We reviewed the job description and qualifications, then reviewed my resume, background and skillset. They asked general questions regarding my background and experience, followed by situational and behavioral questions. Interview concluded with questions and answers, followed by next steps.

That first interview felt like a whirlwind! We connected over a video call and I was left feeling excited for what's to come. Now, I can't wait for the next round! The process has several steps for this position, so expect patience from all people. They also explain the role of this position.

Virtual and a group Interview. It was somewhat strange since it was hard to get a word in edgewise. But overall a good company in the airline industry. The job was not for me.
Online application followed by online assessment. Schedule for virtual interview followed by in person panel interview, then wait for infinity of time. Interviewed multiple times at different locations. All online applications still pending but It has been several months with no replies. They just ghosted. Process can take any time from infinity to infinity.
