The first thing is the group setting where you sit with several groups at a table and get to know each other and then you are engaged in a group activity with the other candidates while the interviewers are observing, so be very interactive with a genuine smile and try not to appear fake. afterwards, you break up into small groups 2-3 candidates for the group interview with 2 interviewers. My advice is to be very confident, natural, and professional while maintaining a genuine smile. After the interview you go back into the initial room with the other candidates and they will call you out of the room. Hint; if they walk you down the hallway once they call your name, most likely you did not get the position. But if you don't, i will encourage you to apply again after 6 months because to get to this point was the biggest hurdle. The other option is to apply for smaller airlines.
