I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2019

Interview

I applied it through the official website on early March and the process took me two weeks for the next phone interview. the phone interview was around 30 minutes and half behavior questions, half technical questions. After one week, I received the phone call to invite me for the last round interview in their head quarter in Dallas. There're two senior manager involved in the interview and it took 45 minutes, questions for the last interview are all behavior questions so I will say the phone interview is harder compare with this one. One week after, I received the offer letter.
