It was a 2 week process for me. I applied online and received a questionnaire to complete that very same day. A few days later, I recieved a request to complete a video interview. Since I applied for a bilingual position, I was asked to answer the last two video interview questions in my foreign language. I was then asked to interview face-to-face in Dallas, TX a few days later. About fifteen of us partook in ice breaker activities in one big room, and groups of four were called into separate rooms for panel interviews. After the panel interviews, we were all given a discussion regarding pay and benefits. Each of us were then taken out of the room individually with the impression that we would have a one-on-one discussion regarding applications. When I was led out, I was informed that I was not selected. Why bother telling me about pay and benefits if I was not selected? This seemed needlessly deceptive. Regardless, the process was a positive one because of the people I got to meet.
