Day 21: received request for in-person interview at HQ1
Day 28: first interview
Day 51: received request for second in-person interview at HQ1
Day 54: second interview
Day 66: no updates, so I reached out to recruiter to ask about status. No news.
Day 73: asked again for an updated; recruiter told an offer had been made to another candidate, but did not confirm it was officially accepted and/or the position had been filled.
Day 81: asked again if the position has been filled. Only when asked did the recruiter confirm the position had been filled.
I expected a more structured interview process, with regular updates and communications, from such a large company.

Virtual and a group Interview. It was somewhat strange since it was hard to get a word in edgewise. But overall a good company in the airline industry. The job was not for me.
Online application followed by online assessment. Schedule for virtual interview followed by in person panel interview, then wait for infinity of time. Interviewed multiple times at different locations. All online applications still pending but It has been several months with no replies. They just ghosted. Process can take any time from infinity to infinity.
