Phone screen, followed by an interview with an Analyst. Flown into Dallas HQ for interviews with two Managers. Received offer three days later. $50k base salary + signing and relocation bonuses.
The interview process was well organized and efficient. Communication was clear throughout, and each step was structured in a way that made expectations easy to understand. Overall, it was a positive and professional experience.

Round one - Virtual, Round two - HQ at Fort Worth 2 interview and Excel test. One person at each interview, nice people with great experience. I recommend learn more about the industry. The Excel test is checking your Excel skills and financial knowledge
