I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at American Airlines (Miami, FL) in Jul 2019
Interview
I applied through the career website and passed the initial assessment. The assessment is a personality survey, I suggest that you guys are honest because they will ask the same question in different manners to catch you in a lie. I qualified for the video assessment which is basically where they record an initial interview with you. My suggestion is that you make yourself look the part. Women wear natural makeup with a bright red lip, diamond studs that are not too big or too small and your hair out of your face. A blazer with a red or white top would be ideal. The interview is 6 questions and you have three minutes to answer each question with one minute to prep. After that is done it is basically a waiting game to see if you qualify for the F2F in Dallas, I haven't gone that far yet, but when I do I will let you guys know!
