I applied online, then 5 days later got an invitation for video interview. After I did the VI about a month and 3 weeks later I got the invitation for a face to face. They flew me out to Dallas the night before. You can pick if you want to fly out the day before or day of. I felt very comfortable at the face to face. You come in check in, tell them the expiration date for your passport then you receive a sheet to do an exercise on. After wards they then call you out in groups. You do a group activity, then answer one question as a group. Then afterwards you all pick one question from the middle of the table and answer it. When this is done you all go back to the conference room and they start explaining the pay, reserve, things like that. All while pulling people out to either tell them they didn’t get to go to the round or give them a one on one. I didn’t like their interview process because they really didn’t get a chance to really know you during the group “interview”. There nothing really too much for you to say when everybody is interjecting you and things like that. Hopefully they’ll change this interview process bc I feel like not everyone gets a time to shine and like I stated before they don’t get a chance to really know you AT ALL.
