I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Sep 2019
Interview
I had a phone behavioral interview which was one on one. I was asked several soft questions about myself which lasted for about thirty minutes. Afterwards I heard back and was invited for an on site interview which was all of one day. I had three consecutive interviews which were all technical in nature. They tested subject matter for two of the interviews and the last one was behavioral again where they asked a lot of questions about my resume.

Name a time when you had to make a difficult decision.
Conducted by FloCareers. Asked a lot of system design questions. 1. How wil you make your service scalable and maintainable 2. Java principles to write clean and scalable code. 3. How to design a meeting to meet all requirements
there were three interviewers, they were very thorough, asked about Java base concepts and had a sample question to work through with the interviewers. I had no issue with the baseline Java questions but the last prompt confused me. The interviewers also made it a point to not contribute.
