Applied online, was called couple weeks later to schedule an interview next day at noon. The temp role is at the new HQ which is a beautiful place. I filled out a quick questionnaire on microsoft office experience and and short essay. Then spoke with the two hiring managers. They didnt ask much, no behavioral questions. Only questions about my resume, what my goals were, and what skills i wanted to grow. The experience was very positive and was told i would hear back within a day and was called same day that i received an offer. Now, in the role for a couple months its been great. The number one priority of being in a temp role is to get you into a permanent role and you receive a lot of help on achieving that
