Interview
You start the day meeting all the other interviewers, they let you mingle for 29 minutes or so. Then the representatives from AA come in and introduce themselves. They take you into a large classroom and you individually get up and talk about yourself in front of the class. Then there’s a break. You come back and they cut about half the people. Then move onto 1:1 interview. Fairly relaxed interview. Standard STAR questions. Then they do another cut. The final round is in groups. They give you scenarios and you have to work as a group to find a solution or answer. Then there’s a final cut. The people left in the room are offered a conditional position as a flight attendant!

Applied online took assessment test online one week later received email for a video interview. Taking my video interview today. Any advice from anyone who has gone through the process?!
Video group interview then in person with 40 other applicants. Asked behavioral questions and personality questions. The video interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Then the in person was a whole day process.
