Interview
3 part process. Online questionnaire. Online interview. In person group/one-on-one. Takes a while to hear back from each part of the process. The online portion you are are just answering pre-recorded questions, there is no one you are directly speaking to. Should that go well you will be contacted about flying to Dallas for the in-person portion of the interview. There, you will have a several-hours long interview where you will work as a group to present to the rest of the interviewees, followed by an informational presentation from the interviewers, and then followed by a group interview where you take turns answering questions. Then, if they like you enough after that you may be lucky enough to have a 1 on 1 session. If that goes well you should be offered a job on the spot and you would proceed to doing your pre-employment drug test immediately afterwards
