Interview
I was contacted by HR recruiter to schedule first round video interview. I thought it was weird that no phone Interview was requested but I was glad to move forward in the process. Everyone was friendly. Weeks went by and no updates provided. I went online to just check the application status and that is where I see I was “not selected” but it would have been nice to receive a call or at least an email.
It was pretty standard. I interviewed with the hiring manager and the director of the team. It seems to me that they are not on the same page of who they are looking for. It was good though that they ask a lot of questions based on what my resume said.
