Interview
After a short presentation on the company and its culture, two interviewers directed me and four other candidates into a meeting room. After introductions, the group was asked five questions, which we all had to answer. The first question started off with the person furthest on the left. The second question started off with the person next in line, and so on.
After all five questions were asked, the two interviewers left the room to discuss among themselves. Two minutes later, they walked back in the room and offered all five of us a position.

I applied online. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at American Airlines (Ciudad de Mexico) in Sep 2022
Interview
Long and a waste of time. It's a 6 hour interview, there is nothing fun about it. The ppt they use are like from the 90's and first it's the presentation of the company, after that you would be ask if you want to continue. Then a video interview, then a psychometric test, HTP which is very common and not useful. Last you get to have an oral interview and then a background check that could go very good or bad, either way the process for the position for a very low salary is not worth it.
