Interview
The interview process was a group setting. Seemed like it was no more than 6 people per group. The interviewers were kind and made us feel comfortable throughout the process.
I was extended an offer which I accepted. I spent 4.5 hours afterwards to accept the offer officially, finger print, fill out about 3-4 rounds worth of background information and a drug which is done on site.
Shortly thereafter, they sent me on my way and advised me the process is going to take roughly 3-4 weeks and sometimes sooner until the backgrounds clear.
*For my location I was told training will be 5 weeks. The first 2 are M-F and the last 3 you will be partnered with a mentor for on the job training which will take on the ramp. Keep this in mind*

Interview process was fairly simple. You get interviewed twice by different admin and they make a decision within weeks of interview. I was referred in however many of the the people in my group of candidates did not make it through the entire onboarding process. for one reason or another.

Interview was group setting, pretty straightforward and highly informative of what the job entails and what the expectations are. Went well overall, a word of advice is to be yourself and give honest answers.
