Seated all the candidates in the same room, ask a question and each candidate answer this question. At the end they will choose three of four of 15 candidate. Which already choosen depends on whom you know. There is no equality even there is candidates go beyond with the answers but still no offer. All it is a jok. Unprofessional managers do the interview even they do not know any thing about the company.
We should raise this up, companies should stop hire depends on connections. or do not say equal employer. Just to follow the law with words not in action.
