Interviewer no-showed to scheduled interview time. 15 minutes later I received an email that her meeting had ran late and we needed to reschedule for later that day. Reluctantly, I agreed to meet later that afternoon. I used the same video chat link that had been previously provided, which she did not answer. Several minutes after the second interview was supposed to start I received a new video link. Overall, I was shocked at how poorly this company handled my interview

Pretty easy. Make sure that you have most of your standard behavioral questions locked up and make sure that you keep the interviewers talking at all times. You want to keep them engaged.
