Interview
They will let you schedule your own time for an interview based on their availability. When you show up, likely to a hotel, they will split you off into groups. They will then ask everyone one-by-one the same questions and rate you based on your responses. If they feel you are not a match, they will ask you to go outside the room with them. If you are selected, you will remain in the room and be offered a position. Afterwards, you will go and do your drug screen on site, and fill out a bunch of paperwork on the laptops they have in the conference room.

It went exceptionally well. It was in this interview where I learned about the behavioral interview STAR Method. This is comprised of situation, task, action and result. As you answer each question using this format you want to be honest and always put yourself in a good light. Even if you did not know how to do something or you made a mistake, you explain what you learned from the experience to now have become stronger in that skill set as an employee to better serve the customer.
