I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at American Airlines (Boston, MA) in Jan 2022
Interview
Applied online through the careers page. Was asked to complete what I thought was a questionnaire but I actually ended up being AA’s famous psychological games. This time, it was this awful work with your colleagues and respond quickly and (what I thought was) the most appropriate answer. It said it would take anywhere from 30-45 minutes but in reality it took less than 20. Don’t have a clue what I did wrong but I was sent a TBNT almost immediately afterwards and I’m a current flight attendant.
