Everyone was wonderfully nice and was professional. I was greeted by every AA employee that walked through the door in the waiting area with a smile and positive attitude. I was interview by two team members and both were very professional and upbeat.

First off, the buildings are not labeled at all from the outside, so I drove around awhile before finding where to get a visitors pass and then was told where the other building was for interview. I was still 20 minutes early though. The questions were basic asking for specific work situations and they didn't seem like they wanted to know anymore about me on an individual level. They didn't ask any personal questions or follow up questions about the examples I described and there were awkward silences while they were writing my responses by hand. I wasn't surprised they asked for a writing sample, but was a little surprised that a company this size would not use a computer for the sample. Also, the interviewers sat there gossiping the whole time I was writing. They had me write the letter on a piece of paper which looked like chicken scratch considering since the 6th grade most work is done on a keyboard. I was very excited for this interview and really wanted to work for a company of this size, but am re-thinking continuing to pursue this company after my interview. They just seemed uninterested from the beginning which was discouraging and the lack of technology utilized for the interview was unimpressive.
