I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at American Airlines (Austin, TX) in Oct 2021
Interview
they interview on site but they take forever to email you if you got the job or not. Background check takes forever as well. Interview process was easy nice and relax no need to stress if you can read an amm and do the job you got it
The practical and interview are done together in person, the practical is simple things like safety wiring, measuring voltage and resistance, a cotter pin and finding things in a manual and the interview is with a panel of a couple people who ask about your resume and behavior questions
