I applied in-person. I interviewed at American Airlines
Interview
When you enter they ask for your passport at the front desk you get a lanyard with your name on it it’s your escort badge. Then there are two recruiters waiting for you. They will tell you place your bags and than your in a room with others. Then go line up to give your passport information and resume. To the two other recruiters make sure you have everything ready and prepared. Then they take you to this other room and that’s where You mingle again with the other candidates there was only one recruiter in the room I’m sure the others was watching somewhere else. They played a slide about the company than they asked us to do a group activity it was actually fun. Even though me and my team didn’t do it correctly the first time but we put a lot of effort. My teammates were really nice. At this time there are recruiters walking around to see how well you interact with each other. Then the recruiters leave the room come back and they begin the questions. These questions was behavioral questions about working as a team everyone each got two questions. My overall experience was good I will recommend just be yourself and tell a story act like you’re at work. I think they are doing things differently now they called the first group of people to grab their bags and to follow one recruiter than a 2nd group to follow another.
