I had an internship interview with AA, and it was by referral. The interview was pretty standard. There were a couple of behavioral questions, the interviewers asked about future goals and talked about expectations.

Question 1
They asked me to tell them why I chose to do an internship in the Airline industry, and what goal I wished to accomplish by the end of the internship.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Airlines (Fort Worth, TX)
Interview
Pretty easy. Make sure that you have most of your standard behavioral questions locked up and make sure that you keep the interviewers talking at all times. You want to keep them engaged.
The process was not too bad but they took forever to respond back to you. Interview was pretty straight forward and easy. Few behavioral questions and went over the things u put on your resume

Interview
Everyone was very encouraging and kind throughout the whole process. They were really amazing about letting you know what they were asking. Did not make you help intimated and had great overall culture through out the though interview process.
