American Airlines interview questions

It was 15 mins. Very quick. Just mainly asked about my experience. Nothing too in depth. Did not ask about my knowledge of the company. They mainly wanted to highlight that the salary isn't high.

I just had my face to face for AA and it was such a fun experience!!! My best advice for anyone getting prepared for the F2F is, yes, BE YOURSELF (i know that is what everyone says but i promise it matters). Smile, talk to everyone around you, laugh, do not be tense or stressed, there are recruiters walking around watching your interaction with everyone and taking notes, but as long as you can just talk to anyone you will be fine. When I first arrived, all the candidates sat in the lobby for just chatted, while waiting for a recruiter to come get us. Once they did, we walked to a room, say down at tables of about 8-10 people each, showed our passport and filled out a paper. Once everyone was done with that, we split into groups and did our group interview and group icebreaker, (ill put the questions down below), then after that, we went back to the main room, watching a video over AA, and then had a presentation over the company. Once that was all done, we started getting called in for our one on ones, and while we waited to be called, we just asked questions (have a few questions prepared)! Then when you get called for your one on one, they have you do an overhead bin reach test, and a jump seat test (basically to see if you can fit), then you go to a room and start your one on one!!!! They ask a few question and then also make sure that you are able to adhere to the tattoo policy (coverable), ask if you are willing to represent the AA uniform, asks that you are willing to travel on weekends and holidays, aware of the reserve period. After everything, they walked me to the front and told me they would be in contact with everyone (with a yes or no email) in about a week or so!
