2/6/18 Received the invitation for the Face to Face interview in Dallas (F2F). They called from a 919 number.
The hiring process is exactly as everyone has listed here. I studied those questions like crazy, and ended up with about 12 that I thought they may ask me. I wrote them down, then came up with a quick little anecdote in the STAR format to answer them. Now, you will not be able to answer them all in the STAR format, because they're not all behavioral. For example, "what excites you about relocating?" You wouldn't come up with a little story about when you've relocated in the past and thrived... or at least, I didn't. I just told them straight up what excites me about relocating lol. The Video Interview is definitely not as daunting as it seems. I psyched myself out and tried to remember all of the *exact* answers that I had written, but that was unnecessary. My advice is, relax. You actually went through these different customer service scenarios, so there's no need to worry. Just before the video, I decided that I was being dramatic, so I simply wrote out the questions again, then wrote the scenario that I would be using to respond. For example, "Name a time you received memorable customer service" instead of writing the entire answer, I just wrote "That restaurant in Queens" and then my answer felt a lot more organic than trying to remember my answer word for word. Oh, and they give you 5 days to complete the video interview, so you'll have time to study.
They read the question aloud twice, then give you 30 seconds to think about your answer, which helped to collect my thoughts. You can either use the entire 30 seconds, or press record and immediately start answering. Then, they give you three minutes for each question, which, again you can use fully, or go on to the next question after you've finished answering. I found every single question on here, and I'll write them again below.
I wore a grey blazer with a white blouse underneath, and red lipstick. A tiny bit of foundation, but nothing crazy. No pearl earrings like all of the Youtube videos tell you to wear haha.
I'll update after my Face to Face interview in Dallas at the end of this month, and if anyone is attending a session later this month, let me know!
