Sometimes you might get a phone screen first but in the case of this interview, I went directly to the group or panel interview. Because I didn't know what specific questions were going to be asked, it was hard to prepare as I had not interviewed for this position before. Went through 3-4 rounds where they asked behavioral and then some case studies here and there. Really wanted to see how you thought through a problem. Overall the behavioral questions were also centered around how you'd fit into the team and what you value.
