Basic 2 round interview with managers. Basic questions about work history and experience. Offered position on the spot. Accepted shortly after the interview. I'm writing this to get to 30 words.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Family Insurance in Jul 2010
Interview
Seems like a good company. Interveiwer was very polite, returned all calls and email right away. Will be flown up soon for another interview and hopefully an offer for the job. I like they are not a public company, but a mutual carrier. Allows them to not have to answer to the stock holder. A positive at least in my book.
