I applied online and received an e-mail about a week later from an HR rep to schedule a phone interview. After scheduling a phone interview for 2 days later, the HR rep sent me confirmation that included the pay scale for the position in addition to a document of the benefits the company provides should I get an offer. I did the phone interview in the morning and the HR rep was very friendly and asked basic behavioral questions and asked about past employment. After completing the phone interview, she gave me the option of going in for a face-to-face interview with a group of claims managers that were all hiring later that afternoon, or I could wait until the following week. I scheduled the F2F interview for that afternoon. I did one panel interview with a group of 4 hiring managers and a 2nd panel interview with 3 other hiring managers. Everybody was very welcoming and was very interested in my background. After the 2nd panel interview was over I was told I would hear back the following week. Got a call the following week with an offer of employment. Overall, it only took about 3 weeks from the time I applied to the point of getting an offer of employment.
