Interview
After applying online I was called by a claims manager within a week to set up an in person interview. A day after the interview I was called by HR and offered the position.
The interview was with 2 people. The manager I had set up the interview with and another manager (I didnt know it at the time but he was to be the manager I would be reporting to). They first asked about what I was doing at my current job then asked why I wanted to leave that position. They asked 5 STAR questions and then asked if I had any for them. I had prepared a sheet of questions and went down the list. I had questions about the position, work life, training and benefits. I also asked them about themselves. I highly highly suggest having a list of prepared questions and bringing extra resumes.
As it turns out they did not feel I was qualified enough for the position I was interviewing for but when HR called they offered me 1 position below. The pay was considerably higher than my current salary which I had not disclosed. The job they offered is very very similar to the position I came from as a claims associate at another insurance company.

Use and prepare the STAR method. This is more important than your experience. You will be graded in your responses. Have questions to ask. The interview is Still virtual. You will get screen call with HR who will make sure you pass basic qualifications.

Interview
Applied through the corporate website and about a week later received an email to set up a phone interview. Phone interview lasted approximately 15 minutes and the HR Rep told me immediately that I will be invited for an in person interview with a manager at corporate. Attended the interview, pretty straightforward. Las about 45 minutes, two weeks later I received a phone call with an offer!
