The first interview was a phone interview where they lay out a format of 3 questions to get to know what kind of person you are and 3 situation-specific questions to see if you have the competencies that their looking for. The second interview took place in St. Louis, where I was flown down and set up pretty well in a Marriott hotel along with a rental car. The interview took place early in the morning, with two managers within the Cat Claims department. There were two other people that interviewed at the same time as I did, also with two managers each. The second interview was very similar to the phone interview regarding the questions asked. If interviewing for this position, keep in mind, time-management, empathy, versatility, ability to learn new software, and lack of fear of heights are important.
