You Submit a resume online HR will call and set up a Phone Interview if you pass this interview you will be moved to interview with the hiring managers. Then you will wait to hear back from them. This was an easy process. I went through the Process twice. in Seattle I had to write an estimate and also complete a total loss on a vehicle the company wasted money to bring to the office. I work for the company I felt that was an expense not needed.

Interview
Was very straight forward and made sense. Applied online, received a phone call from a recruiter requesting a phone interview. A few days after the basic phone interview I was emailed an invitation to do a panel interview at their regional office, they even paid for the airfare and hotel to interview. A week after the interview I was called and offered the position at the exact salary I had requested. They even offered a relocation package to help offset the cost of moving to the area is be working. Overall, one of the best interview/hiring experiences I've had.
