I applied online. I interviewed at American Family Insurance (Madison, WI)
Interview
Initial phone screen by HR followed by being flown out for on-site interview with hiring manager and key team members. Very structured on-site interview process consisting entirely of behavioral questions. Candidate needs to well prepared to draw upon own experiences to answer all the questions. HR person was very apologetic when advising that the position was withdrawn as did not want me to get the wrong impression of the company.

Question 1
Entire interview consisting solely of behavioral based questions came as a surprise making it more difficult for me to weave in all the selling points I wanted to emphasize during the interview.
There was an initial phone interview that was followed by two interviews. The first was with a colleague and the second was with a manager. They asked typical interview questions and it was a pleasant experience. What bothered me is that the recruiter never followed up to advise of the status.
