What makes you feel like you fit the needs of this position?
Ability to work outside of the 8-5 normal workday
Long and tedious. the interview was really incompetent and basically said I was under qualified despite having years of experience in the field. He then offered me the position because he was understaffed and I now knew why.

I was conducted through a phone call interview with an assistant and was then offered an in-office interview with the agent. He was pleasant, gave me plenty of room to speak and ask questions while engaging in casual conversation as well.
