initial communication started on Craigslist, had a phone interview with an Admin Assistant in Colorado, had 3 interviews at the state office in Issaquah, WA

Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and email. It was a nice message, short, to the point, yet still personal. Followed up as well when I didn’t respond right away. Met with the recruiter initially then an area manager, during that call scheduled another formal interview as well. Given a homework assignment, fill out an application, background study, and that was it. Questions were talk about me, what I was familiar with regarding insurance, describe my average day, how I was connected in the community, what I would do if I was chosen, my network, etc. Good people, very nice conversation.
