Applied online and went through five interviews and an exercise challenge in which they say not to spend more than 3 hours doing it. Three out of the five people I interviewed with were so unprepared that I had to carry the interview. After all of this, the recruiter, hiring manager, nor anyone at the company had the decency to call, send a simple email, or any form of communication about the status of their decision. I had to follow up three weeks later only to get an incomplete sentence as a response to the tune of "Went with another candidate. Thanks." Consider this before you apply: They think it's fine to have someone spend EIGHT hours jumping through their interview process hoops but won't spend less than a minute to conclude the process.
