I applied online and received a call from HR, who went over the job description with an offer to interview onsite with the hiring manager. I scheduled the onsite interview and it was very straight forward. The hiring manager had a sheet of questions that she also used to take notes. Many of the questions had 3 parts, but they were not tough questions. There were no trick questions or curve balls. There were no math questions or any questions that require education beyond high school. At the end of the interview the hiring manager asked me how my first interview and personality test went. I told her I didn't have a first screening interview with HR or a personality test. She said I should hear back about the position in a week or two. I waited two weeks and heard noting. So, I called the hiring manager, who interviewed me. She said she doesn't handle the hiring and transferred me to the HR person that I should ask the question to. After the transfer, I introduced myself to the HR person and asked if I was still a candidate for the position. She found me in their database, but have no records of the interview! So she asked me a couple more times to confirm I had an interview with the hiring manager. She was silent for a moment(probably shocked how I bypassed all the screening) and replied all offers have been made. After realizing I went through the interview for nothing, I just thanked her and ended the conversation.
