Interview with HR consisted of basic screening and some behavioral questions. A second formal in-person interview with HR and hiring manager consisted of several more formal behavioral based questions.

What are the top 3 things you would do first in this role? What do you like/dislike about current role? Not everyone agrees with the decisions we make, tell us about an unpopular but necessary decision you made and how you gained acceptance for it from others.
