I applied online. I interviewed at American Family Insurance (Madison, WI) in Oct 2025
Interview
Typing Test, Computer Literacy Test, Video Interview, Onsite Interview with 2 managers.
Feedback for the managers would be to NOT speak as though they are offering me a role, if they are not going to. It was not said in hypothetical, like, "if you get the role, you will..." She said, "your offer will come within 2 weeks" and "you will fit in well here". It was very off putting to get the standard rejection email after that.

Very thorough! You had to submit a digital interview (no one on the other side), just yourself answering questions. Then, if your selected, your invited to sit in on a group video conference where you get to listen to Managers talk more in depth about the role. This is the opportunity to ask questions and ultimately decide if the job is going to be a good fit for you.
