I passed the initial phone screen. I was then sent to another person to set up the next interview. I was asked if I was available for a specific timeslot, and I replied yes. I did not get any confirmation. A week later I was informed that I was no longer considered an applicant because I did not respond on time. I brought this issue to my interviewer to fix the issue on LinkedIn and I was ghosted. Another week later, I get an email from the individual apologizing for not receiving emails due to deliverability issues. This is the worst candidate experience I have ever experienced. Don’t waste your time applying.
