Brief 45 min. A little about me, ~5 behavioral questions, 2 REALLY basic 'technical' finance questions. It took about 2 weeks to get an interview, about 3 weeks to here back. They were good about explaining the process.

The questions were different. Tell me about a time you led inclusively. To me, that's extremely broad, and I wasn't 100% sure they getting at.
