Interview
Meeting with the agent took about 30 minutes talking about myself and what would be expected of me. I initially walked in to find out if they were hiring. I received a call back and interviewed with the agent. Once agreed you fill out the application for American family and pass a background check. I would need to get licensed first and have a clean background as well as good driving record. I studied and tested within 2 months passing the property and casualty insurance exam through the state. If you do not have your license there is not much your allowed to do in an office. If your a good tester it is easy but some people are not able to pass it. The book your given aIs self study but private classes are offered you would have to pay out of pocket for it. Once hired there is a lot to learn and do but this was very enjoyable for me. You have to be punctual and caring.

Question 1
If you are property and casualty licensed / if not would you be able to get in 3 months.
This is what I would describe as a rather casual interview process. There was a phone interview to screen candidates followed by an in-person interview. There were two interviewers for the second interview.
