I really wish they would not have wasted my time. A red flag was definitely when a young gentleman that was in the initial group session that they have introducing you to the company, stated that this was his 3rd time going through this and the lack of communication as well as feedback was pretty disheartening and I TOTALLY AGREE. The recruiter will NEVER reach out or respond. They tell you that they will reach out in a few weeks I guess by a few they mean 6-8 weeks. I'm actually thankful I did not get the job because their lack of communication speaks volumes about the company. This was my 2nd time going through this process. If they invite me a third time I will respectfully decline. This left a very sour taste in my mouth for this company. I will not be applying for anymore roles with them.
