I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Family Insurance (Phoenix, AZ)
Interview
Group hire -- first there is a group meeting via Zoom with all potential candidates. Afterwards you're sent other items to complete, such as an assessment and other forms. Once you've passed those then you are to do a zoom interview with management. But if you happen to run into any technical difficulties trying to get into the final interview, no one will assist you in making sure you can get in. Several people were texted and email to no avail. Ultimately received decline email several days later.
Professional and pushed me to think outside the box but allowed me to to really emphasize my strengths. Used methods that seemed modern. Overall very much at ese during the process
