After going through 4 interviews (last one was 2 weeks ago), 2 with the hiring manager, I still have not heard from anyone about an update about my candidacy. I found that they had re-posted the role after my final interview without notifying me that I was not selected for the role. If you cannot be professional enough to have the common courtesy to make a phone call and notify the candidate, why would anyone want to work for you and your organization?

Largely behavioral based interviews. First with a recruiter and then typically with the hiring manager. Understand organizational values, especially exhibiting agility is important. Be sure to do your research on the work the company does in the community and it’s talent-support programs.

Interview
There was a recruiter interview that was entirely scripted. There was a ton of behavioral based interview questions. Then there was an onsite interview in Madison, WI. This consisted of more behavior base interview questions and then I was allowed to ask some questions.
Then I was asked to give a presentation. I was given the topic before hand. This was followed by more time with other manager that allowed me to ask them questions about the job and work environment. The onsite interview was about 2.5 hours.
