There was a phone interview offered then a final round interview with hiring managers. To start the recruiter explained the process thoroughly but ghosted me after final interview was completed. I interviewed almost a month ago and still have not heard back with an offer or rejection email. I believe it's very unprofessional and rude honestly.

It was a two interview process, one was pre recorded and the other was a virtual meeting with two managers (local and regional). They asked a lot of STAR formatted questions.
