American Family Insurance Med Pay Associate interview questions

Like the other review for the same position, I was told I would hear back after two weeks, so I emailed after 3 weeks for an update. At that time I was told they had a large candidate pool so the process was taking s bit longer, so one week later I called and left a voicemail. I never received a call back, and a couple days after that I emailed one more time and was ignored again. By this time it was four plus weeks after I was told I would hear back. I never even received a rejection email.Overall this a was very unprofessional experience and discourages me from applying with the company again.
