Interview

I completed an online pre-recorded interview. They had a video asking a question to which I received a few seconds to think about it and record my response. You can re-record and use your best answer. I then was contacted by the recruiter to have an interview with the hiring manager followed by an interview with the Executive Director. The final interview included both of them and the VP.

Easy! Phone and Zoom appointments with flexible schedules to set it all up. Very nice and easy to navigate. I felt like they really wanted to find the right person… not just hurry to fill the position. I had a chance to also ask questions and felt like the response was genuine.

Interview

The interview process overall is very smooth at the AHA. You start with a self-recorded interview, then move on to speaking with who would be your supervisor (VP of Development), your supervisors boss (Executive Director), and then the regional SVP of Development. Overall, a total of 4 interviews including the self-recorded interview. Everything is coordinated through an HR personnel which made communications super easy and efficient. Rigorous, but great process!
